| Hidden Valley Ski Team kicked off its race season with the first USSA race this past weekend at Brule. Kelsey Spidle, Ruthann Aitch, Mathew Klein, Abigail Murer and Eric Murer all competed in two days of slalom and giant slalom. Weather was cold and snowy but the race conditions were great and the kids all had a great time and skied very well!! Results are attached, but here are the highlights. Kelsey medaled on Sunday with a 3rd place finish in giant slalom. Abigail medaled on Sunday with a 1st place finish in giant slalom. Eric Murer competed in his first USSA race and did very well. He is ready for more!! Congrats to all five HVST racers. There are more great things to come this season!!! Coach Craig |
