Development 1 is the perfect next step for young skiers who are ready to take their skiing to the next level. Athletes receive professional coaching while developing the fundamental techniques that serve as the foundation for alpine ski racing. Training takes place throughout Hidden Valley Resort, allowing athletes to experience a variety of terrain and conditions.

 

This program is not intended for first-time skiers. Athletes should be comfortable riding the chairlift independently and able to ski in parallel before joining D1.

 

Our primary goal is simple: help every athlete become a stronger skier while developing a lifelong passion for the sport.

 

Practice Schedule:

     - Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM

 

Program Fee

     - Season Fee: $475

     - Team Jacket: $225 (required for all athletes)

     - Families may purchase a gently used team jacket through the Hidden Valley

        Ski Team Facebook page or the TeamSnap marketplace, when available.
