Join us for an afternoon of food, drinks, fun, and fundraising as we come together to support the Hidden Valley Ski Team!

This is our ONLY team fundraiser of the year, and every dollar raised goes directly toward supporting our athletes, coaches, and programs. We would love to see our entire HVST community there!

WHO CAN ATTEND?
 

EVERYONE! Current athletes, alumni, prospective athletes, families, friends, and anyone interested in supporting HVST. Bring the whole family and invite your friends!
 

WHERE DO THE FUNDS GO?
 

Every dollar raised goes directly back to our team. Fundraiser proceeds help support race equipment, coach education and training, team software, NASTAR, athlete development, and other programs and resources that benefit our athletes throughout the season.
 

 HOW CAN YOU HELP? 
 

We need your help with Silent Auction donations!
 

We welcome gift cards, gift baskets, ski gear, event or sports tickets, clothing, experiences, services, and other fun or useful items.
 

Not sure what to donate? No problem! Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated, and we can put them toward creating auction packages.
 

Please coordinate all Silent Auction donations directly with Ana Johnson at vicepresident@hvst.org.
 

As a nonprofit organization, HVST can provide appropriate tax-donation documentation to donors.

Admission: $10 per person
100% of admission proceeds benefit the team. Food and drinks are sold separately.
 

A FEW REMINDERS
 

Bring your picnic blankets and camp chairs, and don’t forget your gently used ski equipment and team gear if you would like to participate in the Swap & Sale!

Most importantly, invite your friends and family and come enjoy an afternoon with our HVST community while supporting our athletes!
